Gochujang is a paste made from gochugaru + other ingredients to make it taste delicious and korean people used it as a main ingredient to make lots of korean dishes such as tteokbokki sauce, sundubuu jiggae , korean fried chicken, korean sauce for dipping and many mores.
In our shop, we have 3 type of gochujang.
1. Gochujang PASTE - Main ingredient for lots of korean dishes
2. Gochujang SAUCE - Made from gochujang paste + other ingredients and use for DIPPING only NOT COOKING
3. Gochujang TEOKBOKKI SAUCE - to use it as a tteokbokki sauce only (only add water)
